Even though my original bus got cancelled, I got the information about it right away and the team provided me with answers to my every question. They arranged another bus and helped me with getting all the information about it. They also made sure that I get picked-up from and dropped-off in a good place. It was a really comfrortable experience overall and I'm happy I got to ride with this company :)

Mình sài gòn ra còn lạ lẫm đường phố, từ sapa về hà nội điểm dừng của mình ở Lê đức thọ hơi ngược hướng với các hành khách chung chuyến nhưng nhà xe rất chu đáo sắp xếp cho mình đến trạm gần điểm đến và book grab cho mình về đến khách sạn rất nhiệt tình và luôn quan tâm trong suốt thời gian đợi grab vì bác tài phải tranh thủ di chuyển để trả khách còn lại trên xe đúng giờ.

Bus driver Mr Thân arrived 5 minutes before the arranged time— and I appreciate the punctuality (I once waited an hour for pick up). Driving was safe and at a steady speed. I’ve had terrible limo service that I felt we might get into car crash and die lol— but I never felt this way with Mr Thân. It was a pleasant experience, and I will really recommend CP Limousine.
