As a travel transportation company, we understand that our passengers’ time is valuable. A flight has to be on time, a tour follows a tight schedule, or dinner reservation cannot always be moved. So, when a vehicle arrives later than expected, we understand how frustrating that can be. Regardless of the reason, the person who has to wait is still our customer.
Sometimes a delay happens because another passenger faces an unexpected issue, or we need to wait a little longer for someone at the airport or hotel. Other times, heavy traffic, bad weather, or sudden road conditions make it impossible to follow the original schedule. While these situations are not always within our control, we know that an explanation can never give back the time our customers have already spent waiting.
That is why, whenever we receive feedback about a delayed pickup, we do more than simply say "We are sorry". We look back at what happened. We review our schedules, our preparation time, our communication, and how our team coordinates between trips. Most importantly, we look for ways to inform our customers earlier and support them better when the unexpected occurs. Because we believe: Customers don’t just need a vehicle - they need to feel that their time is respected.
We have also received feedback that is not always easy to hear. Some customers have told us they felt uncomfortable during a journey, while others were disappointed by a late pickup, the condition of a vehicle, or an experience that simply fell short of their expectations. Of course, negative feedback is never easy. But if we only listened to compliments, we would never know where we need to improve. So, we choose to listen, take responsibility, and grow.
We do not promise that CP will never make mistakes. What we can promise is that we will take every piece of feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to become better. Because behind every journey, there is much more than just a vehicle and a driver: there is a family’s long-awaited holiday, someone’s first trip to Vietnam, a passenger trying to catch a flight home,... and sometimes, our journey together becomes a small but meaningful part of their entire adventure. We never take that responsibility for granted.
So if you ever travel with CP and something doesn't meet your expectations, please tell us. We are not perfect, but we want to be a company that listens, takes responsibility, learns from every experience, and keeps moving forward.
