DAY 01: Hanoi – Tuan Chau Harbor – Pearl Farm Village – Ti Top Island (B/L/D)

08:30 – 08:45: Enjoy a pick-up and transfer service from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter to Tuan Chau Harbor. It is a 3-hour scenic drive on the new highway.

NOTE: The final pickup point is the Hanoi Opera House.

10:30 – 11:00: The car will stop at a pearl store for around 20 minutes. Take the opportunity to learn about pearl breeding and buy pearl accessories if you like.

11:30 – 12:00: Upon arrival in Tuan Chau Harbor, get ready for embarkation.

12:30 – 13:00: Embark on the Hermes Cruise and be welcome with drinks plus a brief cruise introduction. Check-in your suite and its highlights. There will be time for a short break and the first sightseeing moments of the emerald sea and limestone formations. Some first photo shoots should be captured, excitingly.

13:30: While the Hermes Cruise is sailing its way on the spectacular Bay, a delectable buffet lunch is being served in the restaurant.

NOTE: If there are fewer than 20 guests, a set menu will be served instead.

15:00 – 16:45: Keep sailing to a local Pearl Farm Village, where you learn about the pearl-producing process and buy pearl items. There is also time for outdoor activities namely swimming and kayaking amid the gorgeous seascape.

Next, you will visit the historical Ti Top Island (once named after the Russian astronaut “German Titov” who came there in 1962 together with President Ho Chi Minh). The island remains pristine and gorgeous with sandy beaches for awesome swimming. Try climbing 400 stone steps to reach the top of the island and admire a breathtaking panorama of Halong Bay.

18:00: Board back the Hermes Cruise to join the sunset party with cocktails, fruits, and snacks. The Hermes sky bar turns out to be an entertainment venue to watch the spectacular twilight and chit-chat. The Happy Hour promotion (Buy 2 Get 1 FREE) encourages fun.

18:30: It is time for a live cooking demonstration performed by skilled chefs who will show you how to make traditional Vietnamese spring rolls. You might ask for a recipe for later practice.

19:30: Please your palate with a European set-menu dinner in the opulent restaurant.

21:00: Be entertained by the night squid fishing activity to fish like the locals and test your luck. Be free at leisure till your sleeping time. Head to the spa room for ease. Meanwhile, the cruise is anchoring in the serene area for a sound night.

DAY 02: Sung Sot Cave – Tuan Chau Harbor – Hanoi (B)

06:30: Early risers will gather at the sundeck to do morning Tai Chi exercises. Enjoy your tea/coffee too.

6:45 – 7:30: Have a light breakfast in the restaurant.

7:30: Set sail for an outdoor excursion of Sung Sot Cave (Surprising Cave) which hosts interestingly shaped stalagmites and stalactites. The grotto interiors will astonish you all.

09:30: It is time to complete the check-out procedure. Check your belongings before you leave.

09:45 – 10:30: Have a buffet brunch while it is cruising toward Tuan Chau Harbor.

10:45 – 11:00: Disembark the Hermes Cruise.

12:00 – 15:00: Get on a transfer drive back to Hanoi. Arrive in Hanoi.
