  • Customers can cancel their tickets free of charge after completing the booking process.
  • Please note that your booking is confirmed or guaranteed only after contacting our sales representative for a deposit or payment for the reservation service.

2. Group Bookings and Holiday Cancellations:

  • For group bookings or bookings during holidays, cancellations made at least 5 days before or after the holiday (including both pre and post-holiday periods) will incur a cancellation fee determined by Halong Limousine.

3. Cancellation Due to Website Errors:

  • If a seat is out of stock or the price is inaccurately displayed on the Halong Limousine website, we will promptly contact you to adjust or cancel the order. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

4. Trip Cancellations by the Company:

  • In the event of a trip cancellation by Halong Limousine, we will promptly inform you and make every effort to assist you in finding a similar alternative service. If you decline the alternative service, we will issue a full refund.

5. Passenger No-Show Policy:

  • Passengers must arrive at least 30 minutes before departure time to arrange luggage and seating. Failure to do so will release Halong Limousine from liability.
  • Halong Limousine will not be responsible if passengers miss their trip due to failure to comply with this requirement.
  • If the cause of missing the trip is due to the vehicle departing before the scheduled departure time or failure to pick up passengers as scheduled, Halong Limousine will refund 100% of the ticket price.

6. Seat Arrangements and Amenities:

  • If a ticket is not canceled before departure time, Halong Limousine is responsible for ensuring a sufficient number of available seats on the corresponding vehicle.
  • Upon request, Halong Limousine will endeavor (but not obligated) to accommodate specific seating preferences.
  • Amenities such as Wi-Fi, power outlets, toilets, or other services mentioned on the Halong Limousine website are representative and common services of the company. While we aim to provide these services, we cannot guarantee 100% compliance for all vehicles.
